Hi, I’m Alana.

I am so happy you’re here.

Having danced and choreographed professionally for over a decade, it’s no surprise I’ve turned to physical movement to heal my own traumas. What I didn’t know until later in life was that I had a special gift for helping others in the same way… and so Sacred Somatics™ was born.

My story starts in a small town in rural Pennsylvania…

I’ve always been spiritual and knew from a pretty young age I had intuitive gifts. Yet, it took me quite a few years later to develop and cultivate them as a road to healing for myself and others. I believe we all have the ability to tap into our intuition and heal ourselves. This is the backbone to the work I do.

“I believe in order to heal from trauma, you have to allow yourself to be seen. To be witnessed. To connect with your physical body and reclaim your power.”
